Unfortunate... read more I would have rated this restaurant 5 stars if I had written my review two days ago when I enjoyed some AMAZING wings and excellent customer service. Unfortunately, one disappointing experience prompted me to write this review. I always order my wings WELL DONE (which requires an extra 6 minutes) because I can't stand the chicken skin when it's soft and mushy after the standard 18 minutes of frying. I prefer my chicken skin to be CRISPY. Given the prices, I expect to receive exactly what I ordered. I clearly stated that I wanted well-done wings at least three times and even confirmed it when I paid.

I... read more I would have given 5 stars had I done a review two days ago when I had AMAZING wings and customer service. One bad experience will make you go write a review. I order my wings WELL DONE (extra 6 mins) every time because I do NOT like how the chicken skinis movable, soft, and gushy when fried at the 18 mins. I want CRISPY chicken skin. Y 'all too high for me to not what I ordered. I verbalized that I wanted well done wings at least three times and confirmed when I payed at the register. I get home and mywings are not what I ordered. I called and was asked to drive 12 minutes back to their location. I stated that wont work andwithout hesitation the manger said ok and hung up in my face. I called back and asked, Did you hang up in my face? He said, Yes. He also said, Your wings were dropped for an extra 5 minutes . That 's how I knew he was lying because its supposed to be6 minutes extra. They know the chances of people driving back up there is slim so they just do whatever they want with your foodand money. First gas it too high to being driving 24 minutes round trip because Wing Stop did not do their job. Second I hadjust gotten off work and planned on studying for my test I have on Monday. I did not plan on wasting $30 and gas. The food wastrash today, even my six year old said it was not good today. The wings were NOT to my liking and they were dry. Barely anysauce in sight. I will make sure to check my food before I leave next time since their word cannot be trusted. If it?s wrong Iwill be going to Chicken Express.
