What User doesn't like about Sonic Drive-in:
This is general for Sonic. My burger today didnt taste fresh, kind wierd like old meat. Same as last time. But last time from Sonic in Hooks it was inedible and I had to throw it out. This one was edible. If your gonna eat at Sonic, I'd stick to snacks or chicken. Love those and their drinks but burgers are just kinda gross. View all feedback.
There were two orders of food. One was cold and the other was hot. Both orders should have been hot, the same temperature since they were placed at same time.
They were so fast and had our order in less than 5 minutes. It was a lot to do, even the lunchtime. Both Sonics in texarkana are understated, but very efficient. Good work. $5 tip from me. Yes! It's hard to get from me!
Management needs to be trained better, it doesn't matter if you contact the company office. You will not be justified with you as a customer. I wonder why they can't keep good employees.
Yesterday at 3:00. I'll always go to Arkansas boulevard. The service is 10 times better on stateline. The food was much faster. And hot u can say it just came from the grill and the fryer. 1 Burger was confused, but we're super night. The manager brought it himself and was an amazing manager.
