Looks like an old Sonic. I ordered the 2 piece fish 6 piece shrimp with fries and fried okra. Firstly, everything was fresh! Hot and tasty. I realized halfway thru my meal that I hadn't received 2 hush puppies, so I went inside to request them. I could've passed on the hush puppies. What Levi Labbe doesn't like about Sam's Southern Eatery:
Had the 6 shrimp 6 oyster meal with corn and hush puppies. Was not happy with the food quality or flavor. The shrimp were bland and were fried with tails on. They oysters had a slimy texture under the batter. Neither the shrimp or oysters had much flavor. The corn was rubbery with no real flavor, or seasoning was definitely not fresh. This could be the best hidden gem for seafood I've ever found! The food is incredibly fresh and downright delicious. Despite being located in an old Sonic building, the quality of the dishes is outstanding!
The food was truly amazing! We were so excited to dive in as soon as it was served that we didn't even have time to snap a picture of our meal!
This restaurant is fantastic! The venue is immaculate, and the food is beautifully presented. I've never experienced an order mistake; the meals are consistently delicious, and the service is exceptional! A heartfelt thank you from one of our customers, C C. I strongly encourage everyone to visit and see it for themselves. Be sure to try the fried green tomatoes, fried pickles, fried mushrooms, crab cakes, fried okra, and oysters. The parking is very convenient, as you have the option to place your order inside or have someone take your order directly from your car. The food was served promptly and was fresh and tasty. I highly recommend this restaurant. What’s more, the staff is absolutely wonderful!
My drink was lukewarm, without any ice, and lacked carbonation. The food was excessively greasy and didn't taste quite right.
