I ordered food and tried to call about my order and they never answered the phone. My food was recieved a hour and a half later

We ordered a delivery and after about 30 minutes called back to check on the order and was told that it had just been picked up. Another 30 to 40 minutes later called again and was told that they didn’t have an order from the phone number provided. Had to place another order after waiting over an hour.
Ordered food through the mobile app and my card was charged, but the restaurant never got my order. When I called about this, the employee was very short with me and rude. She did not give me any further options on ordering my food or help on getting my money back. Terrible customer service.
