Mcdonald's - Texarkana

The fries just are never right anymore. If you get a qtr pounder it's either raw or cooked so long it's like a piece of rubber. We go across town to avoid this location.

Stopped for a quick breakfast on a sunday morning. Not busy, but many of the tables had crumbs and grease on them. The table tent with our order number was slick with grease indicating they are not being cleaned very often. Noted there was no drink fountain in the customer area at this location so you had to be precise in what you wanted to drink and then ask for refills. We ordered bacon, eggs and cheese biscuits they were warm, not hot and the biscuits were very dry and crumbly. The apple fritter was cold and tasted old. Not the best experience....

Fairly clean restaurant. I had to clean the slime off of the table tent. We had to clean the residual from the last customer before we could use the table. There were dirty diapers stuffed behind the trash can in the men's restroom. The food was delivered fast (announced by the receipt number, not table tent number). The food was average.

They barley talked to us. The lady working the window did not know what a hot vanilla coffee was. They also continued to make our food wrong and then gave us extra wrong food.

Worst McDonald's ever, the only thing going for this place is the play area. No, customer service, no way to refill your own drink (greed by owner). No cashier to take my order, no receipt when I ordered from the ignorant kiosk. Most certainly won't be back. Awful. No place to get ketchup, salt, pepper, napkins, what kind of mess is that? No salt on the fries, ordered a basket which is $4, I mean a little salt would've been nice. Only reason I gave it two stars was the food was warm, and my son liked the play area that's it. One star is being nice for lack of everything else.
