My son and a few family friends work there, so I'm a little stressed. From all LC's in Texarkana, this is the only one I will visit. They have recently removed some less than quality workers and additional training for those who fight. This special management team is serious to make their business, their staff and their food the best! View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Little Caesars Pizza:
You do not answer the phones at this point on Summerhill Rd. I called at 9:30 and nobody answered. I called until 10:00 and never received an answer. The website lists close them at 10 a.m.; is this not correct? View all feedback.
Awesome food and great customer service. Casey the manager is very fair and understanding.
My son and a few family friends work there so, I'm a little biased. Out of all the LC's in Texarkana, this is the only one I'll visit. They've recently eliminated some less than quality employees and added additional training to those who were struggling. This particular management team is serious about making their store, their staff and their food the very best!
Order delivery, but I didn't get all my order. Then she tells me I can come pick it up, that's the reason I had it delivered and gave a tip.
Order was wrong. Asked for plain wings got spicy. Pizza not well made. Employees didn't give great service
My daughter’s were ignored and had to wait past the time that food should have been done. Then employee was rude and didn’t have 2liters (no substitute or refund) while also shorted us a pizza..There are too many other restaurants to waste our time on this establishment. We will publish this on social media and never use this store again.
