Domino's Pizza - Texarkana

I ordered a large extravaganza pizza, and after waiting for an hour, I finally got the delivery confirmation. It took another 20 minutes for the pizza to arrive, despite being only a mile away from the store. When it finally came, I received a medium pizza instead. One half had pepperoni, while the other half was mostly topped with bell peppers. There was hardly any cheese or sauce, and there were only two mushroom slices on the entire pizza. I've reached out to the corporate office about this issue. Overall, it was a terrible experience.

This is usually a decent place to grab pizza, but tonight was not a great experience! It took almost an hour for our order, and we ended up in the neighbor's parking lot along with five other cars, all of us forgotten! I even had to go inside and spell my last name like at a second-grade spelling bee to get our order. To make matters worse, one of the staff members was being rude to another employee! However, there were a few bright spots in the experience, aside from the rude employee—I'll give them a 4 out of 10.

I won't be ordering from them again. During my last few experiences, it took an eternity for my food to arrive and everything was cold. To make matters worse, my orders were incorrect every single time. I always request my pizza without sauce, yet every pizza I've received has been smothered in tomato sauce. I attempted to report the issue online, but I kept receiving an error message. When I tried calling the store to address it, I was put on hold for over 17 minutes waiting for a manager, only to be disconnected.

You know how you here pizzerias are big, I have no people always say not eat there, it's bad, well I've never seen stainless steel shine like this, gives ovens clean, there floors clean, there people also clean, good work Jefferson Dominos, night management rocks...

This is a fantastic spot for takeout! The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful when you call.
