What Cissy Beck doesn't like about Chili's Grill:
I ordered the original nachos, which were supposed to come with ground beef. Unfortunately, there was not a single piece of meat on them—just beans and cheese, and they were very burnt. The only good thing I got from there was some chips and salsa, which I redeemed with my reward points. From now on, I think I’ll stick to a place where I know the food will be good. My family loves Chili’s! But isn’t it a favorite of everyone!! Great food, Great service, and clean! Love that there always something for every person! Have to say tho very disappointed the company discontinued the Chicken Fried Steak! Everyone loved it!! It was my hubby’s fave! This not being an option to order will definitely gonna affect how frequently we choose to eat here!!
The service was so at first. But everything was great. The food was good and server was awesome.
This was my 2nd time visiting. Last time I visited on a weekend and reserved a table by calling them. This time I visited for dinner on a weekday without calling and they said the wait would be about 30 mins. More than half the tables were empty and they weren’t willing to use those for anyone. The waitress was totally not in a mood and was just serving us for the sake of it. I don’t know if it was just that lady or everyone else, but I did not have a good experience because of that. The stars I gave are just for food. Its great. I love their fajitas and the desserts. To conclude- please call in advance to reserve a table. The wait will always be more than 15-20 mins.
This is a standard Chili's. My only complaint is that the top of the chili I ordered was cold, though the bottom of the bowl was a little warm. I had them heat it up, which they did quickly. It wasn't the best chili even when heated and the portion was small for a bowl. I don't recommend the chili. The iced tea was good though.
For the first time over a year after a bad experience. I can say after tonight that the service and the food were excellent! It is a relaxed atmosphere with a small bar, a few TVs and music playing in the background.
