Chili's Grill - Feedback

What Hannah Carter doesn't like about Chili's Grill:
I ordered online, then called the store to make sure I received a side of ranch because I pay for an extra one and NEVER receive it. The lady who answered told me she would make sure the side I PAID for was in my bag and guess what… I received my food with no ranch. I only gave 3 stars for the waitress not paying attention. She got my order rite but pressed the wrong thing. I was charged for a whole cheese fry instead of a half cheese fry the rest of my meals. But it’s funny how you get something wrong and you was told that in person.
