Always getting my order wrong not just once that day but 3 times even the manager didn't get it right

Got fries that tasted burned but didn't look burned went back and went inside they quickly and happily replaced them with HOT fresh fries which made me realize they tasted burned because the grease they were fried in was burned. Great response but same result: bad
