Auntie Anne's - Texarkana

I ordered a personal pizza and I went to pick it up on the time it told me. I was on my lunch break so I didn?t have time to spare. She never made my pizza and asked me if I could wait another 5-10 mins. I said no if I could get a refund. She gave meback 5.54. And i realized I was charged 6.00 even. The lady told me I was wrong but I showed her the statement. And she gave meback the wrong amount in change. I tried handing back the coins but she just payed me a dollar in quarters. Turns out. She was4c short. I wouldn?t have made it into a big deal if it wasn?t for the fact that I was on lunch. Thanks aunties Ann?s for hiringsomeone who?s not professional!!!

The flavors and freshness of the food was delicious but it took a long time just to make a small cheese pizza. Twice as long as normal. The cashier was nice at first. But when I got my pizza from her, it looked like she had flipped it over and shook it.The cheese and sauce was all over the inside of the box. I will definitely try Auntie Anne's again somewhere else since this wasmy first time at any of these establishments.

The attitudes here are terrible, and they never seem to have anything prepared. I keep hoping for better, but I'm consistently let down. I really wish there were more options in town.

I called to inquire about the pretzel dogs, as we love them, but the woman who answered the phone was quite rude. I regret to mention this, but it really left a negative impression on me.

Most of the time, their pretzels are amazing. However, we've had a few issues where the pretzel bites at the bottom were burnt when we got home. On one occasion, they compensated us with free pretzels after we provided pictures as proof, while another time we only received a small discount, which I wasn't very satisfied with. The attached photos show what was left after we ate only the middles of the bites from the last time this issue occurred.
