No Michelin b... read more Bread, aioli, olive, drink, starter, main& dessert. All homemade by Spanisch family. Gazpacho, chickenbreast, fries and profiterol, was my choise. No Michelin bibe gourmand, but fresh, good food prepaird with care and respect. Enjoying the food on the patio, under a large tree , close to the Moraira beach. Also open early mornings for a nice strong coffee and a crispy pan tostado con tomate. Will return for both. Close at 1600. Sunday open for real Spanisch paella!

Firstly no printed menu, just what was a... read more I cannot understand the reviews for this place. I read the reviews before coming and decided, yes why not give it a go. Firstly no printed menu, just what was available written down on the waiters pad. All in Spanish although obviously someone there speaks English because there are signs up telling you not to move tables! No price on the menu or any indication as to how many courses etc you get. Firstly we were brought a basket of dry bread to the table and no alioli but a small plate of lettuce cucumber and tomato, so I had no idea what to do with this. Chose what we understood from the menu which turned out to be a dish full of mashed potatoes (Cadbury’s smash! for my husband and a decent seafood and egg salad for myself. The potato dish wasn’t eaten! Main course was chicken bones and a few chips for my husband and fish for myself. The fish seemed to be small bits of three different unrecognised types. Neither meal was eaten. Desert was still frozen profiteroles. Only here on holiday for a few days and so many lovely restaurants in the area I feel so annoyed with myself for wasting a day coming here. Needless to say never again!

Always popular with locals which is a good sign. No frills and excellent value for money.
