Captain Andy's Cocktail - Teulada

We have been coming to Moraira for the last 8 years and always go to Club Nautico for our cocktails as they serve the best cocktails in Moraira, with the best view. We ended up at Captain Andy’s Bar as our usual place was not opening until later. When we arrived we sat down and scanned the menu. After a while when no order was taken, my husband approached the bar and was smartly told to sit down! He explained that no one had come to take the order and they’d taken people’s orders that arrived after us. The manager then snapped and said he wouldn’t be told how to do his job and we should leave. Totally unfriendly place and I think he reacted like that because he didn’t like the fact we had children with us. He could easily have explained that when we arrived. There are no frozen cocktails on the menu which there are in Club Nautico and they are better value. Can’t comment on the taste of them as we were ejected for daring to ask them to take our order! Please be very wary of this place!

Absolutely first class food prepared by a chef with imagination. The croquettes were amazing My Basque steak superbly cooked and seasoned so much so I'm salivating writing this. Tomato salad was beautifully fresh and tangy. Amazing chocolate log dessert topped off a magnificent night

Lovely spot for a cocktail in moraira! During the current covid situation, they are managing really well no paper menus, hand sanitiser on the tables and everyone wearing masks. They have a great range of cocktails! We haven’t had a bad one yet. My mum says it’s the vest mojito in moraira! One tiny criticism, please put the umbrellas up! Maybe it’s just us brits, but on a hot day I need the option of shade! We came one day and my parents had to leave as it was too hot not a huge deal but just something to bare in mind : . Other than that, it’s great and we would highly recommend!

Here we are, been back in Moraira for just over a week and still the best Banana Daiquiri that I have ever tasted, not the frozen type that you get elsewhere. Always so welcoming when we arrive, will always come back every year as long as its still there.
