The staff was rude and condescending when asking a couple of simple questions about menu flavors. They filled the cup so full that when you insert the straw in the lid the milk shake flowed completely over the top and down the sides. They offer you no napkins and seemed rather amused to watch you walk away as you are left dealing with a sticky milky mess all over your hands. If this the only place to get a milk shake in Teton village, and it probably is... stick with different treat or drive into nearby Jackson to get a shake somewhere else.
If I could give zero stars, I would. I paid $10 for a small milkshake that was mostly just milk. It was warm (which is quite unappealing) and had little chunks of something unidentifiable in it. The staff was rude and condescending when I asked a couple of simple questions about the menu flavors. They filled the cup to the brim, so when I inserted the straw, the milkshake overflowed everywhere. They didn’t offer any napkins and seemed amused as I walked away, dealing with a sticky mess all over my hands. If this is the only place to get a milkshake in Teton Village (which it likely is), I suggest opting for a different treat or driving into nearby Jackson to find a better milkshake elsewhere.
The coffee here leaves much to be desired. I've sampled three different lattes, and each one has had a burnt flavor, while the syrup tasted reminiscent of cough medicine. On a positive note, they do offer some nice souvenirs and little items for sale. However, I won't be ordering coffee here again, unfortunately.
I ordered a cappuccino and received a cup filled with foam and no coffee. The staff seemed more focused on chatting and lounging on a mini fridge than attending to customers. There are better places in the village to get coffee.
This place offers excellent coffee, a wide variety of snacks, beer, and some wonderful gift options! The staff is incredibly friendly as well!
