An incredible experience booked for a guest who has dined and entertained all of the world. He stated it as one of his top 5 dining experiences of all time. Both the chef and the server were impeccable.

JH Four Seasons shoved this sushi bar into the corner of the very busy lounge that services apres ski. Omakase is a reverent experience focused on exquisite flavor, freshness and art allowing the diner the opportunity to interact directly with the highly skilled chef and watching the chef perform his art. Putting it in a noisy lounge where skiers were bumping into our chairs, reveling noisily with stories of skiing made it close to impossible to hear Chef talk. The food was good but not memorable. In summary very very expensive sushi in the apres ski lounge. Not true omakase and not worth it.

Fantastic experience, kazu was wonderful. I wish they had a more private spot, it felt a little crazy having that sort of meal (at that price) in a bustling apres ski spot. Loud with drunk people in ski pants moseying around us, not really the vibe. They should move it to the library/conference room. Other than that, it was great.
