Lovely atmosphere, got us fitted in considering it's Easter Sunday. Carvery was lovely, very generous meat portions too. Fresh veg, loads to choose from. My partner had the burger and said it was one of the best burgers he has had! he is extremely fussy, so this speaks volumes from him. we used to eat regularly at the WD after work , so we thought we would give it a try after a couple of years eating elsewhere but this will probably be our last visit. The attitude towards our choice of eating in the restaurant was odd and rude, the food was average for the price and the whole experience was unexpected. with so much choice even around Andover these days, an outdated and unwelcoming country pub needs...
