Highly recommend the restaurant the coffee shop downstairs. The food, beverages, staff, cleanliness all above beyond expectations !!!!
I have only been in bradbeer and I was amazed by how patient and lovely they were the hot chocolate was fantastic and wasn't as strong as the last place I went too the cake was delicious and the atmosphere was amazing
Coffee was from a machine and was just warm not hot. I complained and it was replaced. Tables were dirty. Floor eas dirty. Tables weren't being cleared. Service was non existent.
We had excellent service from Claire at Fashion yesterday. Thank you on behalf of my wife for your patience and expertise. 10/10 rating.
Like this small department store the staff are very helpful and friendly. My issue is with the hairdressers attached upstairs. I had my hair cut and coloured a while back it cost £95.00. My grey roots were dyed and within a week after 1 wash there was a ginger halo instead of a brown root. I rang them they advised to send photo evidence via email which I did as I had left the area and it was too far away to return. I never had a response ,tried ringing could not get through so gave up. This was an incorrect colouring and I wanted a refund.
