The room is beautifully clean and bright. The staff were friendly, efficient and helpful. The food was wonderful. It looked great and it was great. I can't thank the chef and helpers enough, for making the get together such a good time with the best grub! Thankyou everyone. I will thoroughly reccomend you.

Not so much that the meat was so tough you could not put a knife through it but the way our complaint was dealt with. The first reaction was we needed a sharper knife! Unbelievable especially when my husband was paying the bill this was mentioned again, 'you should have had a sharper knife '. We did get a another serving of meat but it was still not very good. I did notice a lot of people who had the same meat left quite a bit so the lamb was definitely not good quality. The two course meal for three of us cost £60.00 so not good value for the quality I was expecting. This was our first visit and will definitely be the last. Please train your staff to be less defensive and to treat customers with a little respect. It is quite insulting to be told we needed a sharper knife. I think I know tough meat when I am served it.
