A place with a lot of potential but with bad management. It is obvious that the hotel needs renovation. There is also a lack of manpower, and this is most evident in hygiene. For three nights, the bathroom, which is otherwise very small, has not been cleaned once, and the shower cabin leaks water and everything is wet. Natural complex by itself is wonderful, nicely located, not too far from Banja Luka, beautiful Natural Oasis with solid restaurant and motel Wich I didn't consumed! I recommend more playground for the kids and renewal of existing , and a complex is a 5 Will be back in winter time Location: 5
