Sonic Drive-in - Terrell

I drove up today and waited over 20 minutes for my food. It turns out that their fryer caught fire, so no fried food was available. We had to modify our order, and even though we didn’t receive any fries or nuggets, they still managed to put together our bill correctly! What stood out the most was how apologetic they were about the situation. They provided excellent customer service during what was clearly a hectic time for them.

The burgers are consistently fresh. However, the quality of the pretzels has declined; they used to be perfect, but now they are either overly buttery or too dry.

We waited a bit longer than expected to get our three sweet teas, but we learned that the restaurant was short-staffed, with only one server working. Overall, it was still an alright experience.

This place varies so much its hard to keep with it!!! Last trip was good, of course I just ordered an item so it was kind of hard to screw it up! They are usually kind, which is a nice thing.
