The food here is always great. The staff onside are always friendly. However.Do NOT place an order through their app and expect to pick it up in the drive through window. If you order on the app, you must go inside to pick it up. Great visit to Freddy’s, it was busy but service was fast and outstanding and they had someone come to every table and see how everyone was doing which was cool. Food was great and just a good experience.Parking: Consistent spots opening up.Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of ramps for entrances.
First time eating here! Food and service were both great! Will be back again!
Didnt open the bag,got home to this.. 38$ for 2 meals w cheese curds….

Todays experience was horrible. The person working the drive thru was rude and should not be working the window. There was no where to pull forward to wait for the order so the employee was annoyed by my inability to pull forward. Then hands the order closed the window and doesn’t come back or open the window back to go over the incorrect and sloppy order that was just handed to me. I called of course no answer. Left a voicemail highly doubt I’ll get a return call. If your employees are going to be rude, they can at very least get the order correct.
