Cicis Pizza - Terrell

Asked for the kind of pizza I wanted and I got exactly what I wanted and the amount I wanted no less no more and the exact peices I wanted also nice people clean lobby didn't use the restroom and the games worked for my grandson so it was a win win situation for a day with no electricity in wills point

Great food. And great staff. They repaired any pizza we wanted very fast! We had a birthday party for our granddaughter and she loved it!

Putting this here because I work at Cicis, all these reviews can be discouraging to be honest, all staff trying to make their hardest things right when things go wrong, I always have a friendly smile and warm attitude towards customers, please understand that there is so much that goes into a restaurant, someone has to clean toilets and make the lobby clean, someone has to make the dough table, they are working very hard to ensure

We always had a good meal, but this last time grandchildren got sick. He only eats the noodles of Alfredo sauce. Not sure he did it or the sauce was ruined. The pizza was hot as usual.

Putting this here because I work at Cicis, reading all these reviews can be disheartening to be honest, all of the employees try their hardest to make things right if things go wrong, I've always kept a friendly smile and warm attitude towards the customers, please understand that there's so much that goes into running a restaurant, someone has to clean bathrooms and prepare the lobby to make it clean, someone has to make the dough, someone has to work on dishes and make sure the games are operational, and the buffet has to be properly stocked when there's a large fluctuation of customers it can get hard to keep up, though it seems people at the front are occupied, they're all working behind the scenes to make sure everything is running smoothly, the managers and my coworkers have nothing but my utmost fullest respect, I ask you give them the same respect in return, and perhaps tip the busboys once in a while. They work very hard to ensure that you have a clean table to eat at, it helps out a ton, especially through having to clean up brownies that have been thoroughly smushed into the ground and surrounding area ?
