I requested a substitution of the house soup for miso soup with my combo, and I was surprised to find an additional charge that I wasn't informed about beforehand. Moreover, my miso soup was missing mushrooms. Regarding the sushi, the combo was supposed to include a California cone, but I received a California maki roll instead. While the food was delicious, I still feel let down by the experience.
