Boston Pizza #611 - Terrebonne

We've had an amazing experience. Service took 1:15. We were served after people came after us. When we ended up having our plate, mine had been forgotten. Fries were not cooked for my children. the manager came to see us a lot later (although I had already complained about it) we don't go back despite the bill being changed.

I spent the weekend at the super 8 hotel (directly next to the restaurant.) although this region was shaking in competitions or trainings of several sports disciplines ... I was very disappointed with the poor organization of this restaurant. First of all, I presented myself on Saturday after the midday rush (about 1:15 pm) and we were informed of a waiting at least 20 minutes (even if there were few people in the restaurant.) the reason, there were only two waitresses/servers to provide service. We returned the next day and fortunately we took place on the finish. Although my ordered plate was correct, there were mistakes in some services by the kitchen (e.g. pizza with bad sauce, paste not cooked enough, forgetting a plate and fillings.) which surprised me the most, it is that these errors (or forgotten) are frequent according to the server (which was roof of the same very collaborative to our attentions.) more, the maintenance of the rooms to be desired. Therefore, in my opinion, a change in managerial (to ensure the service and cleanliness of the premises) and the competent staff in the kitchen is required.

During a hockey jot, it is obviously noisy what helps a little to diminish the mood effect because we can't hear each other anymore, but the food was good, we were in good company what made the evening go pretty well and the food was still very well. My steak came bleeding as I love it, on the other hand the vegetables were to be desired: very omnipresent carrots while there were to be broccoli and cauliflower and unfortunately there were only carrots and in addition it was really frozen vegetables that had just gone out of the fridge to plunge them into boiling water in short it was anyway. Meat was good. the service was very acceptable the waitress was very attentive.

I had a fantastic meal customizing my pizza at this restaurant, and I was looking forward to pairing it with some local Quebec craft beers. Unfortunately, they did not have any available, which was a bit disappointing.

This restaurant is part of a well known chain. I had eaten in others without disappointment. I had ribs with fries. The fries were wimpy as if undercooked. I prefer them crispy. The ribs were not that hot..just warm. The service was in general very...good and was fast that evening. I do deplore though that they don't bring a plate to put the bones.
