Even shikssas get the blues: Great comfort food on a rainy day for me. It's unusual to find a kosher deli even in a large city. I had Lithuanian Cabbage soup with really tasty rye bread. Possibly, dare I say, better than Bubbe's It's an international menu with vegan choices. So happy they are here View all feedback.
What Kara Thomas doesn't like about Oy Vey Jewish Bakery And Delicatessen:
Sad to give this place such a lousy review but between the lack of restrooms, the lackluster service, and the multiple strands of hair we found in our food, we simply cannot recommend. Decor looked like they bought out the Hanukkah section at party city. They tried. Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1 View all feedback.
Charming little spot with incredible food! My girlfriend has many dietary restrictions, and the staff was incredibly accommodating. She ordered the kosher club and chicken noodle soup, both of which were large and delicious! I opted for the falafel platter, and everything was fresh and delicious—plus, the portion was massive! The baked goods were outstanding as well. The staff was friendly and attentive. We will definitely return while we're in town! Meal type: Lunch.
I had the chance to visit this charming family-owned restaurant yesterday on my way home. They offer a fantastic array of vegan options, making it difficult to decide what to order. I settled on the South African Sweet Potato Stew and the Nepalese Vegan Roll-Up. The flavors were incredible! The Roll-Up was packed with crispy spiced tofu and potatoes, and the curry sauce took it to another level. The Sweet Potato Stew was the perfect warm and spicy soup I needed to brighten a rainy, chilly fall day. I will definitely return the next time I’m in the area!
The food is delicious, and everything is available in both regular and gluten-free options! The gluten-free chicken noodle soup is amazing!
