Big Willy's Townhouse - Terre Haute

Our waitress kristen was so nice and helpful. the food was great. the steak was the best steak I have ever had. will continue to come back here.

Awesome restaurant! Our server Tim was amazing and his trainee, Angel, you'd never know she was new! They did such a great job. highly recommend this place. we will be back for sure.

Have been several times. Sorry to say I won't be going back unless they improve. Honestly not sure they will make it much longer if they don't improve. We took out of town guests Saturday evening. It took a very long time for our food. Sandwiches and fries were all cold. The childs spaghetti was so dry no one could eat it. One guest did not receive his food. When asked our server kept apologizing and said it would be right out. The remainder of us finally ate our food as it was already cold (tenderloins and hambergers). We were finished and the one still had not received his tenderloin. They finally brought out fries and told him his tenderloin was coming. When it came it was half the size of everyone elses plus, so burnt it wasn't edible. Our server was in tears by this point and stated she asked the manager, Royce, to talk with us. He refused, said he was too busy in the kitchen. If he was working in the kitchen and could not do any better than what he was doing he should be gone. He can't work the kitchen so I don't know how he could be a manager. He sold part of our order to a carryout order so I assume that was part of the reason for cold and delayed food.I really feel bad for the servers as they were the ones trying to make the customers happy because of the irresponalbe kitchen help and manger.Angel (our server) you did a great job and deserve much much better.

We have been here in the past and everything was great, but our last visit was horrible 8/20/22. We had a party of eight. The server ws terrific. She did everything she could do to take care of us. When our food came out, it was at all different times during a period of roughly 60 minutes. One of the first ones to come out had to send it back because her fries were cold. When the last persons food finally arrived it was only their sandwich and not their fries. It was burnt. The manager never did come out to check on us. We were very disappointed in the whole experience, since we had all loved this place prior visits.

First time dining at Big Willy's. Disappointed that they were out of breaded tenderloins. But the breaded mushrooms more then made up for it. And the breaded chicken sandwich was pretty good.Our hostess (Tela A. was fanastic.We will absolutely be going back.And I would of gave them 5 stars if they had the tenderloin.
