Great cocktail bar in the center of spices. the particularity is that they do not have a menu, but create the custom-made cocktail according to your clothes. so many products are made directly by them, this greatly increases the quality of the finished cocktail. superlative

We had a wonderful evening with drinks, music and a great atmosphere in Emporium! They make all the drinks from scratch, and to your favourite tastes! Reasonably priced at €8.50 and we were allowed behind the bar to make our own. Alberto was wonderful and we had a great experience!!! Definitely the best bar in La Spezia, we will be back!

We walked by the bar on our way home and decided to look up the menu and come back later for a drink. We couldn’t find a menu, only an instagram page. We saw an instagram story about their homemade syrups and infused alcohol and we decided to give it a go. We arrived at the bar and we were told that they don’t have a menu and that they tailor craft cocktails according to what you like. We decided to go all in and gave them very few directions and be surprised entirely. My cocktail was full of flavours and yet balanced, not overly sweet but very floral. My partner’s drink was also to her liking. And the food. How can I not talk about the food?! It was delicious, the houmous with a local twist of fresh basil, the onions... omg the onions were soooo good. We were really sad to only discover this gem on our last night in La Spezia
