Wow, what a strange disappointing experience. We are a friendly presentable middle aged couple. Upon entering, the place was tiny and dark (that’s okay) very unwelcoming! Most of the tables (there aren’t that many) were occupied by older local men who stared at us like we were aliens there was space available HOWEVER the proprietor would not provide us with a table??? A must visit restaurant!!! Local Portuguese cuisine. We came into this cozy kitchen, lovely Darva served us what she had that day. Super yummy and fresh, a real local experience.

A Tasca do Lopes é um local simples e é um negócio de família. Situado no centro de Terras de Bouro. Super simpática a proprietária nos serviu uma comida fresquinha e muito saborosa. Eu comi bifinhos com molho de cogumelos e batatas fritas e meu esposo arroz de feijão com pataniscas de bacalhau. Tudo muito delicioso. Bebemos vinho da casa e ainda aceitei o bolo caseiro de sobremesa. Amei conhecer esse lugar e com certeza voltaremos!
