We... read more To me, our flour and seasoning mix is a bit salty, but it's a hit with our customers, especially with the fried catfish, which is our top seller most nights. We also have specials from Monday to Thursday that can occasionally become bestsellers, even though our creativity is somewhat limited. On slower days, if we have the time, we can whip up almost anything—except for Chinese food or pizza. One of my personal favorites is the macaroni and cheese; it really should be a special or a featured item, but honestly, it could use a little extra attention. Overall, I think we do a great job, and I’d rate our food an 8.5 out of 10. It’s not fast food, but it’s delicious and satisfies your cravings. While we might not hit the jackpot in culinary innovation, we do deliver good value for your money. The reason I don’t give a five-star review is that nobody is perfect—unless you do think we deserve that fifth star! I also believe we should consider expanding our offerings and attracting customers beyond just catering to the casino crowd. Nothing against the casino, but I might be more inclined to visit if I didn't have to walk through it, especially since I can’t gamble or drink at the bar myself.
