Roy Pizzeria & Subs - Terrace Bay

Went out of business. Has since reopened as Moe and Jo's variety. Excellent food, especially the pizzas and lasagna soup. It is also a mini convenience store.

Hadn't intended to stop here but definitely glad we did. Nothing special about the establishment itself, however the couple that owns the establishment (and seem to have been doing this forever) were incredible sweet. We shared a pizza and it was absolutely delicious.

My family was on the road camping when we stopped at Roy's. We ordered a large pizza for the family. They prepared it very quickly (15min) which was much appreciated. The pizza itself was very good. While waiting for the pizza to cook the couple operating Roy's the day of my visit were very friendly. The maintained a very nice conversation while I waited. Nice folks. I left happy before I even tried the pizza with my family in our camper. That's a great way to start a nice family meal. We will stop by Roy's again when we are in Terrace Bay.

My wife loves the atmosphere. Very comfortable and relaxin, the view of the lake was amazing. The owners are very welcoming and go over and beyond to make sure you are enjoying your dinning experience. I enjoyed the free Wifi. The place was VERY clean. You can see where all the food is being prepared so you know its done right. We were stuck in the this small town over night and thought we'd have nothing to do and to my surprise they had karaoke and a D.J with special lighting affects.
