I gave a tasting with wine pairing and we couldn't ask for anything better. Young dining room staff, trained, professional and also affable with those who prove willing to have a chat. The food was excellent with sometimes unexpected combinations, the wine pairings proposed for each course were perfect. We will definitely return in good weather to be able to dine on the hotel terrace. Definitely the best restaurant in the Terni area in this type and level

The dish I liked most was the pigeon with cherries and crumbled gingerbread. Friendly, punctual service and an eye for the dog too. I will definitely come back and recommend it.
