We tried two of the pasta dishes, the trout and quail both of which were excellent. The truffle icecream, beetroot gel, potato cracker and mousse was the most exciting combination that I have ever tried in a dessert!

Over the years I have always found delicious dishes, prepared with quality raw materials, and impeccable service: welcoming and professional. You can clearly perceive the passion and care they put into everything they do. Recommended as a friend of mine says even the light lunch toast is super!
