Se desiderate una pausa pranzo veloce e di classe, oppure una cena romantica per due, questo è il posto perfetto. Il menu è mostrato su lavagnette comode e per il pranzo viene offerto un menu composto da due portate, un bicchiere di vino e acqua a un prezzo più che onesto di € 15,00, oppure potete optare per una sola portata a un prezzo inferiore. Con l'atmosfera di un bistrot parigino ma con un tocco tutto italiano, questo angolino nel centro di Termoli propone piatti, soprattutto di pesce, dove i tradizionali accostamenti si sposano con nuove idee. Così, il pane cotto con fagioli di sposa, vongole e pecorino, e i totani cotti a bassa temperatura in insalata incontrano la più tradizionale pizza di granone che si trasforma in cialde. Un consiglio: se non vi piace il peperoncino, fatelo presente poiché lo troverete spesso nei piatti, anche dove non è indicato. Piccolo, sofisticato e giovane... questa nuova 'bistronomia' mi ha piacevolmente sorpreso e conquistato il cuore. Bravi!
