We had Brisket Sandwiches. The meat was perfectly smoked, delicate, no excess fat and high on a large bungalow with exactly the right amount of DB's sauce stacked to taste, but not overhauled, the taste of the brisket. He has a little menu, but what else do you need? The food is appropriately appreciated for quantity and quality. DB is personal and serves our order quickly.

My husband also got the sausage and was tempted to go back for more!! Definitely a must go to BBQ when in Big Bend.
