On a flat, we had the choice between several grilled meats. We ordered kefta. She was perfectly cooked, while remaining mellow. We took a dessert, a Syrian ice cream with pistachio and honey, and some sort of milk rice with orange blossom. Perfect. The waiter or the boss? came to talk to us very well to see if everything was okay. We'll be back!
