Pizzeria Il Gallo - TERAMO

SO glad we stumbled on this restaurant! Best meal in Italy so far, and it's going to be hard to top! I think it was Angelo (one of the owners who waited on us, did a phenomenal job of working with us in English, and set up a fantastic meal! Helpful, dedicated, passionate host, authentic food (family affair- his mom made the dessert! , told us how the food was prepared (we asked, curious... , and really showed a passion for hospitality! And the price- our whole meal, including wine, was FAR less than we expected, and more than reasonable! Really get the feeling his best nights are when the customers leave full, happy, and welcomed. We are ready to go back. (And in a country with SO MANY food options, that's about the best praise I can give.

A wonderful place run by the loveliest family. Angelo and Antonio are so welcoming and make anyone who visits the restaurant instantly at home! The menu is simple and the food is amazing value for money. The pasta is all made in house or locally and the sauces are incredible. The ravioli are an absolute must and the arrosticini (lamb skewers) are delicious. Great for large or small groups of diners, or for any occasion. Il Gallo also offers bed and breakfast at a very reasonable cost.

Una certezza ora. Non ci sono stato per un po'. La tradizione continua. Ottimi piatti della cucina abruzzese. Ottimo vino e prezzo sempre conveniente come al solito. Tornerò presto e vi ringrazierò di nuovo. Una piccola nota: mi sembra che il telefono indicato non funzioni. Ne ho parlato con il proprietario e c'è un problema di rete del direttore. Ci sono sempre!

Il cibo è ottimo, lo spazio è spazioso e il personale è cordiale. I dolci sono speciali, i prezzi sono bassi, c'è un ampio parcheggio e sono disponibili camere.
