The short man at the counter was quite unfriendly and unhelpful. While I was patiently waiting for assistance, he completely disregarded me and suddenly walked away to use the restroom without saying anything. I had planned to buy coffee and donuts for 20 people, but I ended up leaving and going to a diner instead. It was a terrible experience.

Not sure what's going but feels like they keep changing who is running the show at this dunkin. One day it's running smoothly and people are friendly and fast with the orders. The next the folks are rude over intercom, slow service, and messes up simpleorders. This place was a great spot to grab and go but now it's just a waste of time. During the time of this review I've beenwaiting on simple order for 15 minutes. Please bring back the old morning crew and manager they had that place running like Awell oiled machine.

I had a very disappointing experience with the customer service at this restaurant. When I placed my drink order, the cashier just stared at me, clearly annoyed, without saying a word. He didn’t even ask if I wanted anything else; he simply watched as I checked my total on the register. Inside, there were several customers waiting for their orders, but none of the staff called out the drinks or food placed on the counter. They just set the items down and walked away, leaving customers to figure things out on their own. Having worked as a waitress in two different establishments and in a hospital, I know how vital customer service is. If the staff isn’t interested in providing good service, they shouldn’t be in these roles, as it ultimately drives paying customers away.

The customer service at this restaurant was truly disappointing. I've only written one other review in my life, but the staff here was among the rudest I've ever encountered. They forgot a donut from our order that my boyfriend had paid for. When we got to the window to pay, the girl ringing us up admonished us because my boyfriend needed to transfer money from Apple Pay to his card, saying, "We don’t accept Apple Pay in the drive-thru." Even though my boyfriend and I remained polite and friendly during our visit, we were met with a complete lack of respect and courtesy.

I absolutely LOVE this location! I appreciate that it has a drive-thru. The employees are consistently friendly, efficient, and very professional. During the past few years of visiting daily before work, I haven't had a single issue or complaint. I'm truly grateful for everything they do! The food is always fresh and delicious, and I've never encountered any problems with my orders. Thank you, Tequesta Dunkin' Donuts!!!
