Stella Alpina - TENNO

On arrival we were greeted by a rude Waitress asking where we were going as we walked to the balcony restaurant!! After being sitted the other equally rude waitress asked what we wanted to order, I said could I have 2 more mins to decide so she rolled her eyes and ordered my partners main, which arrived straight away, the lasagne was all sauce and hardly any meat and he had finished it before I had ordered mine, it arrived eventually and was again average and was chucked in front of me I called the waitress back and asked if I could have a glass of wine and she rolled her eyes again and stormed off to get it! We went to the bar to pay for the bill and they were also rude. Overall a terrible experience and quite upsetting, this place seriously needs to up their customer service. Will never go back and advise no one else to.

We come here year by year and like the spot again and again. The rooms are ok a little of Italien purism and you will simple but comfortable beds, rooms in an avarage size, bathroom with shower, toilet and bidet and if you are lucky a balcony with a perfect view to the lakeside. The breakfast is really satisfying, serving strong Italian coffee, juice and different cold cuts on a buffet for your personal selection. In the evening there is the possibilty to have a dinner on the lake view terrace. Although the menu hasn't changed since years we always find again and again a delicious dish for the dinner. At least I can recommend that hotel for a stay without any doubt.

We went for dinner to this hotel, after a visit to Lake Tenno, there are not many options, one of the other Hotel-restaurantes seemed more expensive and there were less people eating...so we settled here, in the balcony, nice view, lots of German tourists, and we had simple items for the kids and they charged us couvert/pain, but no bread was offered...in any case, we needed to feed the kids....maybe, it is worth to drive down the mountain to Riva del Garda, with more options.

Spaziose e pulite le camere, la mia con vista lago superba. Ristorante comodo e buono.

Siamo stati per pranzo in terrazzo, tutto molto buono e con una bella vista sul lago! La cameriera davvero simoatica e alla mano!
