Extensive menu choices for vegans (clearly marked) and the food was one of the best of our trip. Top service too, as the waitress was really helpful and friendly throughout and helped order us a taxi at the end. We went for the cold mezze repertoire and warak dawali to start (in photos) and then the seitan for main which was the star of the show absolutely delicious. Perhaps a tad pricier than you 'd normally expect in Tenerife, but would definitely recommend! One note is that some dishes are marked as Vegan yet also Contains Milk . We asked about this and the waitress explained that it 's when the milk (such as a yoghurt dip) comes in a separate pot so can easily be excluded. Think this was the case for about 2 of their many vegan options so not a big deal and clearly labelled anyway.
We were delighted with our experience here. Several vegan options on the menu and the girls who served us were very friendly and helpful. Food was delicious and the restaurant itself is clean and stylish with a real authentic feel.
Elegant place in which service is main character. Staff helped us to choice vegan plats and then we were entertained by a talented magician. Plates were really good: hummus with roasted chickpeas black olive pepper, muhammara with walnuts hearth, fattush and arabic bread. Then falafel with almond cream and fried cauliflower with sesame sauce. At the end staff offered a digestive drink for me and a rose to my girlfriend.
Absolutely amazing food, in a great setting. Staff were very kind and friendly and it seemed obvious which items on the menu were vegan but they were happy to confirm. Really nice if you fancied something a bit posher.
