highly recommended, the staff friendly the dame behind theke is very helpful, the fish is really nice portion size is good value for money many choice burger, chicken nuggets, sausage chickenburger, cake and more, the only chip shop I use View all feedback.

Used this shop several times over the years and always been top class. However tonights cod and chips were poor and uneatable. The fish was saturated in oil where it had not been left sufficient time to drain and the chips were overcooked. Waste of £19. Would not recommend Food: 2 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 View all feedback.

The customer service was terrible, do not expect your food order to be prepared as requested. Additionally, they make comments on the items you choose to order.
This shop does not give the correct orders. We were missing out Sausage and Batter in Chips, which was not provided to us. Upon contacting the establishment, was told, sorry, we are closed now, cant do anything. Not even an offer of a refund. Will now be sending a Letter Before Action to reclaim the cost of this.
We have the pensioners special and it's plenty for us. I had rock eel and it was the best rock I've had in ages. The chips were lovely and not greasy at all. I always ask for a gherkin and I got 2 because they wasn't that big. Highly recommend Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
This place is usually amazing, but it is looking tired, and the piece of fish I had was dry . Food: 2 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3
