First visit to Walton on the naze in awhile.. My parents joined us for a day out and we stumbled upon this cafe just in time for lunch .. Menu was extensive and priced very reasonable.. 2 of us had sandwiches the other 2 had a bowl of chips each . Sandwiches freshly made and bursting with the filling. Chips freshly cooked and hot! Just plain rude the owner was aggressive and disgusting needs to take a good look at himself as for the food absolutely disgusting wouldn't feed to my dog this place needs to close permanently View all feedback.
Nice caffe good service, comfortable sitting facilities, beautiful cherry cake and coffee. the card has sat thanks to good quality! can not be failed
My man and I had a very good lunch here. it is clean, friendly, good value and with a good choice on various lunches.
I arrived at this restaurant this morning as a last resort, as it was the only cafe open. I had been here before and had a terrible experience with the food. However, I decided to take my daughter for a meal and reluctantly ordered the basic breakfast. To my dismay, the beans were lukewarm and the bacon looked off. The bacon rashers had a blue/silver color, indicating that the food had gone bad and had been left out for too long. I was extremely disgusted and almost felt sick at the sight of it.
We visited this restaurant during our trip to Walton on the Naze in June as a last-minute decision since our planned dining options were closed. We are glad we chose this place though! The food and service were fantastic and reasonably priced. We highly recommend it!
The staff had poor English comprehension when taking our order at the restaurant. After placing our order, we waited over an hour for our food to arrive. When it finally did, only some of our orders were brought out. I had already finished my meal by the time the remainder of my family's food arrived, and there was no apology from the staff. Furthermore, much of the food that did arrive was burnt. I would not recommend this cafe and will not be returning.
