Auberge Val Casterino - Feedback

What Nathalie Calligher doesn't like about Auberge Val Casterino:
Arriving at 12 p.m., we were offered lunch from 1:30 p.m., we agreed so we had an aperitif... except that at 1 p.m. the same person came back to see us offering us 2 pizzas and we were asked to leave the place at 1:15 p.m., pizzas served without a plate, drinks ordered never arrived.... We stayed at this hotel during our park excursion. Very kind staff, modestly sized rooms but with everything you need. We opted for half board and we can say that the food was excellent, a variety of traditional local dishes that were really well prepared and tasty.
