However, the food was quite disappoi... read more I had an incredible experience with the service from the girl at the front desk—she was lovely, very helpful, and friendly. However, the food was quite disappointing. The burger wasn't cooked properly; it was brown on the outside, pink on the inside, and chewy—not even medium rare. I've had better burgers from McDonald's. This first meal in Tenby was really disappointing and not worth the price at all. On a positive note, the ranch dressing was delicious, and I must say, the decor and staff were amazing. Unfortunately, the food really let the place down.

The music was great, and the atmosphere was lovely overall.
