What Tex Walker doesn't like about Oriental:
Amazing service with a smile. The mi goreng I ordered at $17 was really tasty. Salty but yum. Was disappointed the only vegetable were the frozen mix type (small pieces of carrot, corn and peas) with the addition of fried onion. That maybe should have been a clue with regard to the care and motivation of the chef as the next morning had epic cramps, gas and well yeah. Not nice and not worth it! View all feedback.
This has become our new go-to place for takeout since our previous favorite in Timaru closed down. The selection and quality of the food are outstanding, and the staff is always friendly and pleasant. It's definitely worth the 25 km drive for a break from cooking, especially on those special occasions when we want to treat the family.
Best Chinese restaurant in the area! Undoubtedly the best— their sweet and sour pork is unparalleled! The food is consistently cooked to perfection. I can't recommend them highly enough; you have to try it!
This is the best Chinese food I've had in a long time! It doesn't taste greasy like many Chinese takeout places do these days. The prices are great, and the service is wonderful! I highly recommend it.
The best Chinese food the meat is tender and tasty lemon chicken is so tender so is the sweet n sour pork the sauces are spot on highly recommend this restaurant
