They did great that they were so sweet for me when I came in, and I left my phone there once and they kept it for me and with a nice phone normally people want to steal it, so that I could steal five stars for honest people View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Dunkin':
Generally nice atmosphere, but when I let one of the staff know that I got another big drink I already paid, she looked at me and snored and ignored me while I stood like an idiot for 10 minutes. I'm sure this place is good to go normal, but this has ruined my experience in this dunkin, especially. View all feedback.
They were incredibly kind when I walked in, and I even left my phone there once. They held onto it for me, which was really impressive, especially since it's a nice phone that someone might have wanted to take. I’d happily give them five stars for their honesty!
Good. It's late, but they had Jelly Donut, because in others at that time they didn't.
Demetrius is a rude manager. I enquired about a promotion posted in the whole branch and he told me the promotion was over and when I asked him why it was still signs up, he left the window and had to explain what she apologised to one of the crew members. Then I asked who the manager was because I didn't know at that time, and she told Demetrius, so I asked to speak to him and he didn't even come into the window to acknowledge me, but left the crew member to apologize again. No good pleasant experience and I will probably not go back what is sad because I stay right around the corner of it
Wrong order, 3xs fixing the coffee's to get right. Filthy store, nasty bathroom. Couldn't understand English when spoke to female ee. Bad attitude from workers. 1 star is very generous. Horrible experience, dirty table. Weak toilet water coffee.
Service was great I don't think I even waited 5 mins for my curbside delivery and my order was hot and correct!
