**A Flavorful Nostalgia: Dining at The Hat** The Hat delivers a nostalgic experience, celebrated for its hearty pastrami sandwiches and enticing chili fries. While many patrons enjoy the rich flavors reminiscent of classic L.A. delis, consistency can waver, with occasional lapses in quality. The generous portions and swift service contribute to its popularity, making it an excellent choice for a quick meal. However, minor details like sandwich cuts and soda cup quality have drawn some critique. Overall, The Hat remains a beloved spot for pastrami aficionados seeking indulgent comfort food in a relaxed setting, with ample parking and a welcoming atmosphere.

This is a fantastic spot for a quick and delicious meal. I consistently choose the Pastrami Dip, and it never disappoints. They really load that sandwich with pastrami! Plus, the service is impressively quick!

As I reflected on my childhood memories of savoring pastrami sandwiches and chili fries from the Alhambra shop, a wave of nostalgia washed over me. Since this location was more convenient, I chose to stop by for a sandwich during lunch. I have to say, the pastrami sandwiches were fantastic and lived up to my expectations! Sadly, I didn't have any space left for chili fries this time around, but I’ll definitely make sure to try them next visit!

I recently enjoyed one of the best pastrami dips I've ever tasted! This place is truly fantastic. It's clean, well-kept, and the staff is exceptionally friendly. The pastrami fries, also known as wet fries with gravy, are incredible and definitely a must-try to round out your meal.

A touch of nostalgia! I grew up enjoying pastrami sandwiches and chili fries from the Alhambra store, but since this location is closer, I decided to grab a sandwich for lunch. Wow, these pastrami sandwiches definitely lived up to my memories! Unfortunately, I didn't have room for chili fries this time, but maybe next visit!

The pastrami is excellent as always, and I can’t overlook my classic favorite, the orange bang!
