Wingstop - Temple
Wingstop
Description
Wingstop in Temple has sparked a mix of experiences among diners, revealing a restaurant struggling with consistency in service and order accuracy. While some guests praised the delicious food, particularly the garlic parmesan boneless wings and crispy fries, others reported frustrating delays and incorrect orders. Complaints about cleanliness and the efficiency of staff were common, overshadowing the warm atmosphere and friendly service noted by others. Despite a bright and inviting location, repeat visitors express disappointment, urging potential patrons to approach with caution. Overall, while the food may delight some, operational inefficiencies seem to detract from the overall experience.

Well, I love hot wings. I've tried many different wings, but I don't think I've been anywhere, which has the same quality as this wing attack. Every time I come in, I'm always greeted with a warm welcome and a smile, no matter how busy. It is rare to find a restaurant where EVERYONE has a customer service. Chelby and TJ are the two people I usually see in front, and they are always absolutely fantastic. To help quickly, I would have had LOVED employees like them when I managed restaurants. Rena is also another fantastic employee here. In other restaurants I worked/been, you can always say if the employees don't like. At this point I don't see any complaints, it really seems like family. Ray and Jerezy are fast to deliver high quality wings in the best flavors. I recommend this place to everyone. Handcut friars are always fresh and tasty, wings are always fresh and juicy, and the staff is always great in communicating waiting times for wings, as well as if there are any delays after the order. Every DM would be proud to have this place in their district!
This restaurant is located in a great spot in Market Place and it's a very pleasant place to eat. It was my first time here and I ordered the garlic parmesan boneless wings with fries. It wasn't too busy when I was there and the staff took the time to explain the menu to me. I appreciated being able to try out the different sauces before making my selection. The staff was very friendly and the atmosphere was clean and inviting. Thank you, I'll definitely be coming back again. The wait time was less than 6 minutes, which was fantastic.
Best wing stop experience to date. We came in on 5/4 at around 8pm. We we’re waited on promptly, and the guy taking our order was super nice. We got the thigh bite bundle deal, and it is worth the $15-$16. So much food! Two regular orders of thigh bites (so many pieces one large order of fries, and two drinks. We also ordered the 5 piece cajun corn (absolutely underrated choice!! The corn might have been my favorite part! The food was ready in less than 10 minutes and everything was hot and fresh as we ate in, but the fries were crispy, I have never had crispy fries from wingstop before!
Temple Wingstop has an incredibly wonderful and welcoming staff. Every time I visit, I am greeted with big smiles. The food is fantastic and consistently delicious. The store has a new and improved look since the renovation.
This evening's (Super Bowl) service was not what we expected at all. We placed our order in advance at 3:07pm. We were told it would be ready at 4:40pm for pick up. Upon our arrival, our order could not be found, yet they charged me as if it was ready. When I questioned one of the managers (named Renee), she stated she would look into it. We went back and forth a few times in attempting to figure out what happened to my order slip. We waited over an hour for food that should have been ready upon our arrival. A young man asked me had I been helped and he inquired about my order. Renee proceeds to snap at this young about what time she had already told me the order would be ready (5:45pm). What's the point in ordering in advance if you're not going to have it ready on time? The hour wait bothered me quite a bit, but the attitude and tone with which she took with her employees was uncalled for. Yes, it was a high volume day and I'm sure they may have been overwhelmed. But that does not give her the right to mistreat or talk in an ugly way to people. We normally enjoy our visits to this establishment and hope that this does not happen again.
