Very difficult to justify frequenting this food place. $30 for a bowl of soup and a sandwich lunch. Fixed incomes cannot afford this. Will not be patronizing anymore.

However, it seems like everyone else has also caught on to this hidden gem, causing the kitchen to be swamped with mobile orders rather than walk-ins. My order ended up being delayed by at least 10 minutes, so I recommend ordering well in advance. The food was delicious and the smoothie was fantastic. Overall, no other complaints.

They... read more I came to the Panera at USF and they were extremely friendly and welcoming. I was sick and they made sure that I got my hot tea and told me to feel better. They were attentive to their customers and did it with a smile on their face. These employees at this particular Panera is unlike any other. I would know, I’ve worked at other Panera’s in the Tampa area and I have not experienced or witnessed the kind of customer service I’ve received today.

She trul... read more I highly recommend the Panera Bread at the MSC at USF. Tania, an employee there, always brightens my day and takes the time to ask about how I'm doing. She truly enhances the atmosphere at Panera Bread and I can't imagine going there as often without her there. The service is top-notch and Tania's personality makes it even better!
