Description
**Crows Burgers: A Tale of Diminishing Quality Amidst Mixed Reviews**
Crows Burgers has garnered mixed feedback, with diners expressing disappointment over declining food quality and service. Many patrons noted overcooked burgers, cold tater tots, and inconsistent portion sizes, contrasting sharply with past experiences. Complaints about unprofessional behavior from staff also surfaced. However, some loyal customers praised the restaurant for its crispy onion rings and friendly service, likening it favorably to popular chains. Despite some concerns about hygiene practices, the delicious food and enjoyable atmosphere keep patrons returning, though the restaurant must address quality control to maintain its loyal clientele and positive reputation.

One of my favorite burger spots in Temple. I’d say the food quality is comparable to Whataburger (which is high praise considering How great Whataburger is—it doesn’t even taste like fast food). They may not be the cheapest option out there, but good luck finding a place that serves onion rings for less than $2.50. Plus, the onion rings and fries are tasty and crispy. While some others have mentioned issues with their orders, I’ve consistently experienced excellent service and accurate orders.
The food is really delicious, and the shakes are even better! However, I noticed that the staff didn't wear gloves while preparing the food. It didn't bother me too much since I hoped they were washing their hands, but I saw one employee answer the phone and handle various other tasks without washing her hands before touching the food. That was a bit off-putting. Still, the food is so good that I'm going to eat it anyway, haha!
If you're searching for amazing burgers, look no further than this burger place. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the restaurant is very clean. As far as I know, there are two locations for Crow's Burgers: one on 57th Street and another in Belton. Both are excellent. I had a fantastic meal at the location on 57th Street. I give it a 5-star rating. Thanks, Crow's Burgers!
The burgers have a great homemade style. They are smaller than those at Whataburger but priced similarly, with some variation depending on the menu options.
The staff was very friendly when I went in to pick up my order. However, when I got back to work, I discovered that both burgers were incorrectly made, even though the order on the bag was noted correctly by the employee. I'm not sure if I'll return anytime soon, but I do appreciate their good customer service.
