Nestled in a charming neighborhood, this independent coffee shop boasts a captivating interior with ample seating, making it an appealing spot for both casual meets and study sessions. Patrons rave about the flavorful coffee and innovative drink options. However, consistent complaints about the service detract from the overall experience, with staff displaying palpable disdain towards customers. The cleanliness of the restrooms also raises concerns, impacting diners' enjoyment. Despite the drawbacks, the establishment occasionally shines with friendly baristas and a welcoming ambiance, suggesting it has the potential to be a great spot if service improves.

Was Anonym at Xtreme Bean Coffee a mag?
Neighborhood coffee spot: consistent across the board. Interesting interior space with beautiful vaulted ceiling and plenty of seating. Wifi is good, prices are reasonable, and the kitchen offers some small bites. Restroom is a little sketchy. View all feedback.

What Anonym dislikes about Xtreme Bean Coffee:
Coffee is decent. Staff would rather be anywhere but there. They get especially resentful if you order food.I’m not sure if the skinny blonde guy is the owner, but he has the worst attitude of all of them.Seriously, close up shop if you hate people that much. There’s a perfectly good coffee shop across the street, that’s open later, and won’t act like their customers are a burden. View all feedback.

The beans are roasted on-site, and I've never experienced such fresh coffee before—it's truly evident in the flavor! It’s definitely worth trying at least once. Unfortunately, the air conditioning seemed to be broken, so they had a loud fan running, and I didn’t hear them call my name when my order was ready, leaving my coffee sitting for three minutes on the pickup counter. It was too noisy inside and too warm outside to get any work done, so I decided to head back home.

I absolutely love this restaurant! It can get quite busy, but they do have a quiet area that’s perfect for studying or working, although it tends to fill up quickly. The atmosphere is delightful, and the Wi-Fi connection is strong. During my last visit, I noticed that the bathrooms were a bit untidy, though the overall cleanliness was satisfactory. The staff members are polite, quick, and well-informed.

So I really enjoyed the loose leaf tea. It is a really good place to have a snack and a hot drink. However when you drink you might want to visit the restroom. My friend was worried it looked like a crime scene. Not sure who up keeps it. But it’s not good at all. Would have given them 5 stars. Sadly that part of the visit was off putting. Since I liked the experience prior to visiting the restroom.
