Eat from here for the first time. I love the food being prepared after the order. It was hot and fresh. Waiting was 15-20 minutes, but it was worth it. The food was delicious. The Louisiana Rub packed a lot of warmth. If you're in sharp, that's your approach, but it was still good. I also ordered a few simple wings. I don't care about much warmth, but I would say the only downfall to visit was that the simple wings a... View all feedback.

I wait for 20 minutes for some riders. I also tried to get pommes yesterday, but it was 45 minutes waiting. I was told about the waiting period after I was already 10 minutes in mind when the workers decided to do other things. I am uncertain who prioritize them, but they have ordered those who wait in person, wait phone orders, wait online orders and wait delivery orders. View all feedback.
If wing stop is gonna charge $2 per wing, then they should be able to afford to pay staff and have enough people working. Everyone is waiting a half hour for orders and there is only three people working.
Seriously the worst. Got here at 9:15 on Fourth of July and they started talking about closing the restaurant down at 9:30 a group walks in at 9:24 they turn them away and say they are done taking orders. I hope they get closed down, would rather have a Panda Express
I attempted to order from this restaurant for the first time, but their online ordering system was malfunctioning and I was unable to complete the order. When I tried to call, both myself and my wife attempted to place an order since the online system wasn't working, but the calls went straight to voicemail. It was a waste of time!
The food at this restaurant took a long time to be prepared and I was not impressed with the quality. Despite the fact that they made it to order, the wait time was excessive, even though it wasn't very busy. The French fries tasted undercooked and raw, which was unappetizing and unpleasant. This was my first time trying Wingstop and it will be my last. I should have gone to the grill next door or even In-N-Out instead. I am not a fan of In-N-Out, but I would prefer their French fries over Wingstop's.
I am questioning why there is a sign saying that the restaurant is open until midnight when it clearly was not. We made the effort to come in for wings but were extremely disappointed. The service needs to be improved.
